Best EU server. Hi all, After the fiasco with New World I was looking for a MMORPG to play and naturally I went back for WoW again. I was first thinking about keep playing on TBC but Noggenfogger is 100% Horde, low population server and I’m alliance. There were littery 1 player online and 0 stuff on AH. Silvermoon, sylvanas, Ravencrest, agent dawn (rp) from memory. That's ArgentDawn. Shows population per side for all servers. Silvermoon, Ravencrest (though it's way smaller than Silvermoon) and potentially Argent Dawn if RP interests you. The remaining English realms are either small or Horde-dominated. Also some of these sites do not factor in low level toons or they only calculate levels 10+. Like take Moon Guard, one of the largest Alliance RP realms however almost a good portion of the population is stuck in Goldshire not really contributing to the realm. That inflates the numbers.Warmane is not highly regarded here at all. All but one of the realms is completely P2W, and the PvP is cross-realm so you'll be at a huge disadvantage anyways. Classic WotLK should be out within the next year or so, would be better to wait for that instead. Chromie is good, but it's vanilla WoW in the WotLK client. Advantages are that you get more guilds, more people in cities and trade chat, and a healthy economy (though that is not faction-specific). On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name. It's majority Alliance but plenty of Horde stuff too. Having everyone on a realm be your faction means ALOT more players. Whereas the 50/50 split could make a big realm feel like a low pop one. Not that a 8000 is low, its actually the second highest server population for alliance.
